Senior IBM DataStage Developer

Our Information Technology department are looking for a Modeller BI Developer to provide specialised Business Intelligence (BI) skills for the implementation of BI technology solutions to ensure that these meet business requirements and aligned with our enterprise architecture and standards. This is an exciting time to join the team as the look to further grow our BI offering.

The role will see you work collaboratively with business stakeholders on data requirements and you will:

  • Work with Architects and other technical stakeholders to design, develop and implement data models and transformation rules.
  • Design, develop, test and implement and document conceptual, logical and physical data models for the Bank across all layers of the BI stack.
  • Estimate effort required for completion of tasks for scheduling project activities.
  • Create and implement dashboards, reports and cubes using existing and emerging tools.
  • Develop and review transformation rules to ensure data flow across the all layers of the BI stack

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Advanced understanding of IBM Datastage
  • Knowledge of SQL and Teradata
  • Information Governance / Business Glossary exposure
  • Change and release management would be considered advantageous
