Senior Consultant, Competency Framework

The Senior Consultant, Competency Framework is responsible for the development and implementation of a new core and leadership competency framework across the Bank.


You will form part of the Talent Development team and be the end to end owner of this key project, working with the Job Family team to align and integrate the core, leadership and technical competency models.


As part of the team you will:


  • Coordinate the procurement process for the evaluation and selection of suitable specialist vendors to design and roll out the core and leadership capability framework
  • Work closely with the project Change Manager and HR Business Partner; liaise with stakeholders to ensure that the proposed frameworks meet business and other department requirements and provide an improved user experience
  • Prepare change, communication and training collaterals for the project


The successful applicant will have the following skills and capability:


  • Demonstrated experience in Capability Framework evaluation and integration into HR processes
  • Previous project management experience developing and rolling out HR projects
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in Procurement practices and Vendor Management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Knowledge and experience with design of communications and training collateral
  • A degree qualification in Industrial Organisational Psychology or Organisational Development would be advantageous but not essential
