Project Manager - Email Platform Upgrade

In this role you'll lead and deliver the Bank's email platform upgrade project, as part of the integrated management of a group of related infrastructure projects and organisational changes to achieve specific organisational strategies and business benefits. The project is midway through its lifecycle and requires an individual with strong vendor management experience, stakeholder engagement and familiarity with government processes and tendering.

 

As part of the team you will:

  • Manage a large and complex project in delivering an email platform migration to the Bank
  • Effectively manage relationships and communications with project/program stakeholders, including customers and program/project delivery (including Business and IT) teams
  • Drive and Support Project Governance to appropriate Bank standards, including active support and engagement with project sponsors.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers including multi-vendor delivery programs.
  • Develop robust and achievable program and project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables.

 

The successful applicant will have the following skills and capability:

  • Demonstrated infrastructure Project Manager experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated Project Management Experience in upgrading Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016 on premise/hybrid cloud solution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A relevant degree qualification and Project Management Certification in Prince II
  • 8-10 years project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is advantageous
