Manager, Workspace Experience

Manage the Workspace Services team to provide efficient and effective property, workspace and tenancy services for the Bank, both as landlord and tenant on a national basis. Overseeing the development and implementation of the workspace experience strategy.

Delivering on a Workplace customer engagement strategy through the provision of outstanding support of Bank department and employee needs as well as the needs of key external customers. Establishing and controlling lease, space and tenancy management strategies.

As part of the team you will:

  • Work with HR, Technology and Finance to deliver employee experience for the Bank; develop customer account plan, identify Department and employee needs and communicate initiatives.
  • Prepare strategy for Workspace Services (including workspace, conferencing, catering, concierge, and end of trip facilities) and drive a program for effective and continuous improvement of customer and employee experience.
  • Oversee the procurement and administration of major contracts for the delivery of workspace services including reporting on KPIs and strategic vendor management.
  • Lead and develop the Workspace Services team and manage the performance of staff to achieve their objectives and potential.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in property, workspace products, tenancy service delivery and business management.
  • High degree of expertise in commercial lease management, including lease and contract negotiation.
  •  Well-developed skills in the organisation and control of employee experience and customer support.
  • Practical knowledge in commercial property related matters, procuring and managing workspace service related vendors and contracts.
  • An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
