This is an exciting opportunity to work within the HR Reward and Design team in Human Resources department. In this role you will support the implementation of the Bank's Reward and Design programs and prepare HR related reports, analytics and models to support decision making.  Undertake activities to support program implementation including preparation of benefits provider information sessions, job analysis and remuneration benchmarking, completion of remuneration surveys and review of position descriptions.

As part of the team you will:

  • Undertake research for the design, implementation and evaluation of Reward and Design policy and programs.
  • Drafting communication material for the implementation of policies and programs.
  • Provide Reward and Design policy advice and support implementation.
  • Prepare HR related reports, analytics and models to support decision making. This includes updates to remuneration analysis, workforce planning spreadsheets, preparation of overseas living allowances and health claims.
  • Undertake Human Resources Management System testing and ensuring position data are consistent and accurate.
  • Participate in department projects in support of ongoing and ad-hoc services to the Bank.

Skills and experience

  • Relevant degree qualification or relevant experience
  • Ability to produce HR reports with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to work well with all levels of employees.
  • A strong process orientation and numerate focus
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant HR legislation
  • Experience with using Excel to create pivot tables and v’lookups to drive data analysis
