Senior Integration Specialist - Sterling Refresh Project, 17 Months Contract

We are currently looking for a seasoned Integration specialist to deliver the Sterling Refresh project to migrate the Bank's Business to Business (B2B) file transfer services from legacy or aging hardware and software infrastructure to manage obsolescence. The B2B file transfer infrastructure includes the network, host servers, operating systems, database as well as Sterling B2B Integrator application software.

In this role you’ll provide strong expertise to uplift the resilience and cyber security control of the B2B file transfer infrastructure to ensure 24x7x365 operational stability and best practice in high availability and security implementation. You’ll also perform Sterling B2B Integrator application platform migration, data routing, upgrade, maintenance support, security administration and configuration for high throughput performance processing.

Working in a small team you’ll participate in a 3rd line incident response for operational issues related to the B2B file transfer services, with applied ITIL and IT Service Management best practice. On top of that you’ll provide integration design consultancy to achieve security, reliability, availability and accountability for information exchange throughout the Bank.

Skills and Experience

  • Hands on experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator application platform migration, data routing, upgrade, maintenance support, security administration, capacity and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience in the following technologies: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, PGP, antivirus scan, SSL, JAVA, MSSQL, PL/SQL, BPEL/BPML
  • Hands-on knowledge in audit trace, problem analysis, performance tuning tools, security administration of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator application platform for highly available and secured B2B file transfer services
  • Data transmission protocols experience in Connect: Direct, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, SMTP, SWIFT Net and TCP/IP
  • Strong understanding of B2B managed file transfer, real-time / message-oriented/ batch / API / web service transactions
  • Effective understanding of the use of firewall, load-balancer, Active Directory, LDAP, anti-virus scan, PGP cryptography and SSL infrastructures in the design
