Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team at the RBA is an integral part of the strategic HR team. As a Senior Consultant, your role will be to manage the hiring needs of stakeholder groups by providing end to end recruitment advice and services. This role will work closely with the business and HR Business Partners to understand the internal and external talent agenda, providing and executing on strategies to achieve these objectives. In addition you will:

  • Consult with departments to provide an efficient, timely and professional recruitment service.
  • Undertake sourcing activities to develop pools of suitable candidates for future vacancies.  
  • Provide guidance and training on the Bank’s selection process to managers and employees.
  • Proactively manage relationships and communications with managers, candidates and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain current procedures with a view to streamlining processes wherever possible.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in end to end recruitment. Exposure to Information Technology is preferable.
  • An ability to build and maintain successful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide strategies on attracting and proactively sourcing candidates.
  • A Customer-Centric approach
  • Advanced skills in the use of Recruitment Management Systems, particularly Page Up and related social media tools such as Linked In.
