The 2021 Graduate Development Program in Accounting at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is a 2 year rotational program, well recognised in industry as an outstanding professional opportunity for emerging talent. Our program also provides opportunities over the course of the program to interact and partner with the business.

The program is structured around developing our graduates and offers:

Graduates in Accounting may be placed in the following areas of the Finance Department:

• Financial Reporting
• Management Reporting

Applicants should hold or be completing a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a closely related discipline. All applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizenship, or New Zealand citizenship.
