Audit graduates work in a variety of project-based teams, adopting an organisation-wide lens to advise on the RBA’s risk and control environment, and to consult on business processes and enterprise projects. Our program also ensures you will interact and partner with the business allowing you to develop into a trusted advisor.

Under the guidance of experienced staff you will broaden your professional and technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be presented with opportunities to apply knowledge acquired at university to challenging real-world situations and acquire key transferrable skills.

Applicants should hold or be completing a degree in business, finance, data science, organisational psychology, legal or actuarial, demonstrating strong academic achievement. All applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizens, or hold New Zealand citizenship.
