We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead and deliver a refresh of mission critical Payments Infrastructure ensuring stakeholders are managed, change management is effectively implemented and project benefits are realised. You will also:  

  • Manage, plan and direct all aspects of work for a project to ensure it delivers outcomes necessary to realise benefits as agreed by the project sponsor.
  • Apply a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes and practices to effectively manage all aspects of the project.
  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, develop plans to mitigate risk and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.

Your team

You will be part of a highly collaborative, diverse team with a great supportive culture. This role will have 2 direct reports, Project lead and Technical Business Analyst and you will lead a wider project team of 10 people.

Your background

We are looking for a Project Manager with demonstrated IT Infrastructure project management experience within IT Infrastructure technology domains in the financial services industry along with project management certification, preferably PRINCE II.
