Technical Lead (HCM Transformation Program)

As a HCM Technical Lead you will provide technical leadership in design, development and review activities working closely with the HR Systems team, Solution Integrator (SI) and IT Project Manager. This is a Fixed Term opportunity for 11 months.

You will work collaboratively with the other project and support stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes in an agile environment. Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring our detailed technical designs align with enterprise architecture patterns and practices. You will prepare realistic estimates, plans, align and precisely manage activities, dependencies and work schedules across application and development teams to ensure cohesive technical delivery.

Your team

As part of the broader IT group you will be part of a collaborative team of HCM technology specialists and leads. As a team you will be working across different parts of the HR portfolio for the Corporate Services Group who are responsible to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.

Your background

  • Solid experience in HCM SaaS complex transformation programs
  • HCM SaaS certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge of data interchange formats, languages and API standards.
  • Strong technical design, development and enterprise application integration across multiple projects.
  • Solid experience integrating new technology and platforms with mission critical legacy systems.
  • Solid experience with MuleSoft, PeopleSoft and HRIS Cloud Technology 
  • Experience working with technology vendor partners and teams to achieve outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Superior verbal, and business and technical writing skills.
  • Experience integrating new technology and platforms with mission critical legacy systems.
