HRIS System Analyst/ Functional Analyst

As a HRIS Systems Analyst/Functional Analyst you will provide functional leadership in design, development and support activities within the IT HR Systems team. This is a Fixed Term opportunity for 11 months.

You will work collaboratively with the business and other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes in an agile environment. Overall, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Bank’s HRIS Technology Roadmap, HR projects and production support across the HRIS portfolio.  

Your team

As part of the broader Information Technology group you will be part of a collaborative team of HCM technology specialists and leads. As a team you will be working across different parts of the HR portfolio for the Corporate Services Group who are responsible to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.

Your background

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the functional design, configuration and administration of PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM (Global Payroll and Time and Labor experience is a must)
  • Experience in leading workshops.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's Selective Adoption methodology
  • Knowledge of SABA's Learning Management System and PageUp Recruitment System is preferable.
  • Strong verbal, and business and technical writing skills.
  • Experience and proven ability in working with technology vendor partners and with teams to achieve outcomes under tight timelines.
