Opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to work on critical production systems. This is a full time permanent opportunity with long term career opportunities. As part of the Enterprise Testing Team you will be working with a strong technical and a highly collaborative team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and governing all the testing activities for various inflight projects and existing applications.
  • Improve the overall testing efficiencies by uplifting automation capabilities
  • Drive and contribute to testing practise initiatives across the Bank.

Your background

  • Advanced knowledge and experience across all phases of testing and previous working experience as a Test Lead.
  • Thorough knowledge and prior experience in designing, implementing and maintaining Automation frameworks.
  • Experience in test execution, the review of business and non-functional requirements, preparation of test plans, test cases and test summary reports.
  • Working knowledge of testing tools such as Lean FT, UFT, Selenium etc., are preferred
  • Good understanding and exposure to BDD framework for .NET applications (preferably SpecFlow), CI/CD and  DevOps concepts
  • Exposure to a variety programming languages, operating systems and databases, especially SQL/Oracle.
  • Exposure to Web services (API) testing and non-functional testing (e.g. Performance testing, Failover testing etc.).
  • Strong technical documentation/interpretation skills and proven ability to be analytical and work creatively to solve problems along with strong communication, documentation and report writing skills.
  • Degree in IT/business/finance or other relevant discipline as well as certification in Agile/Scrum/ISTQB are highly desirable.
