Do work that makes a difference

The RBA is embarking on a key transformation project bringing the RBA’s HR business processes and associated technology systems up to industry best-practice.  As a Training lead you will support implementation of the change stream of RBA’s HR Transformation Project The project provides the opportunity to interact regularly with Bank senior executives and bring all levels of staff on the change journey. You will also have the opportunity to work with a high quality external professional services firm as well as the internal RBA project team to deliver the HR Transformation project.

In this role you’ll support the Senior Change Manager by leading, planning and implementing training strategies and activities to meet the overall project objectives and outcomes. You will effectively manage the change associated with implementing the new HCM system and HR business processes through the development of the training needs analysis; strategy and plan and execution of the training plan including supporting the development of required training materials and delivery of training if required. You will also ensure that training is managed effectively, governance is adhered to, and the project benefits are realised.

Your team

 Human Resources Department provides a range of centralised human resource functions primarily focused on ensuring the Reserve Bank's human resources policies and practices are tailored to attract and retain high quality staff.

As part of the HR transformation project team you will work collaboratively across the organisation to embed, influence and lead change that impacts processes, people and systems.

The work environment is collaborative, friendly and supporting with adequate support to work from home.

 Your background

 To be successful in this critical role you will possess;

  • Experience in preparing change and training documents for HR related business processes.
  • Experience delivering training and assuring adoption of learning outcomes
  • Change Management Certification e.g. Prosci or APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent
  • Certification IV Training and Assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
