Do work that makes a difference

The RBA is embarking on a key transformation project bringing the RBA’s HR business processes and associated technology systems up to industry best-practice.  As the Project Coordinator you will work collaboratively across the organisation to support the planning and delivery of change created by the HR Transformation project that impact process, people and systems. The project provides the opportunity to interact regularly with Bank senior executives and bring all levels of staff on the change journey.

In this role you’ll provide administrative support to the Project Director, Project Manager and team members, coordinating aspects of work for a project to ensure it delivers outcomes necessary to realise benefits as agreed by the project sponsor.

You will effectively develop and maintain detailed project documentation using established document templates. This will include Governance reporting, recording minutes tracking budgets and monitoring timesheets.  

 Your team

Human Resources Department provides a range of centralised human resource functions primarily focused on ensuring the Reserve Bank's human resources policies and practices are tailored to attract and retain high quality staff.

The work environment is collaborative, friendly and supporting with adequate support to work from home.

Your background

To be successful in this critical role you will possess;

  • Previous experience as a business project coordinator
  • Experienced with  MS Office - Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Visual Basic, Data Analytic Tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
