Do work that makes a difference

Provide business operations expertise and guidance to external and internal customers in relation to Financial Markets business processes. You will be responsible for Business operations guidance for Financial Markets business processes, facilitating effective operational guidance and assistance for external and internal customers. You will collaborate with the business units to ensure the timely and efficient completion of daily business operations whilst accurately record and/or escalate incidents in a timely manner ensuring.

Your team

Financial Markets Business Support Services supports the Bank's investment and trading operations.

The Financial Markets Business Operations team is a first point of contact for external customers seeking specialist advice on external facing Financial Markets solutions, and a specialist contact point for internal business units.

Your background

To be successful in this role you will possess;

  • Experience working within a business service desk or operations environment.
  • Experience managing customer expectations and resolving problems within agreed service levels.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with multiple business areas.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
