As a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer you will provide specialised application development skills during the implementation of a Human Resources (HRIS) SaaS solution.

You will work collaboratively with other Technical Leads and specialists to deliver quality outcomes in an Agile environment. Overall, you will be responsible for support, analysis, design and development of HR solutions for PeopleSoft and other HR platforms and technologies.

Your team

As part of the broader Information Technology group you will be part of a collaborative team of HCM technology specialists and technical leads. As a team you will be working across different parts of the HR portfolio for the Corporate Services Group who are responsible to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.

Your background

  • Solid experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
  • Hands on experience with legislative updates, the application of PeopleSoft images, support, data conversion, integration and migration experience.
  • Strong experience of working in complex data migration and integration projects
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Development Tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode and Application Engine
  • Oracle PeopleSoft certifications are highly desirable 
  • Advanced knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), SSIS and Transact SQL.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Toolset/Middleware and associated technology stack components (e.g. operating system and/or database) and standards such as SOAP and REST.
