Senior Business Analyst

More flexibility, less one-size-fits-all

Opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to plan and management strategies and activities across the Accelerated Data Consolidation Program (ADCP) to support the delivery of business objectives and outcomes relating to the consolidation of  Bank's data on the enterprise data warehouse.

A key focus of the role will be to work with business subject matter experts to understand, gather, document, communicate, and manage the data related requirements and business benefits to Enterprise Data Office (EDO) standards.

This will involve working with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

Opportunity to work on a high impact data transformation program- Fixed Term contract role until Dec 2025.

Your background

To be successful in this critical role you will possess;

  • Advanced understanding of business analysis domain and knowledge of tools, methods and communication techniques to extract, develop, validate and document business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile practices, processes and tools and experience in project planning and work prioritisation
  • Extensive knowledge of data analysis, such as data flow design and data modelling.
  • Experienced facilitating workshops or meetings with business and technical stakeholders and external parties at various levels.
  • Experience in business requirements elicitation for Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence tool sets.

 

Your team

Reporting directly to the Business and Change Manager, you will be working closely with Scrum teams, external and internal business stakeholders, IT and Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to business analysis services and program support.
