Opportunity for an End-User Experience Analyst to join the team. This is a permanent opportunity to join the

You will be part of End User Services Team and will be working with a strong technical and highly collaborative team. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Resolve incidents and service requests related to IT End-User services.
  • Enable a standard, stable and robust desktop environment for users in the Bank.
  • Business analysis and reporting for desktop support.
  • Transition of new services into production.
  • Assist in the liaison and direction of vendors to facilitate fault resolution and the effective use of products.
  • Manage deployment of assets to end users and the refresh/rebuild process

 

Your background

 

 

To be successful in this role the following experience is required:

 

  • Previous experience with end-user services
  • Industry accreditations (Microsoft, Citrix) or working towards these
  • Willingness to travel, position is based at Head Office, Sydney although the incumbent may be required to regularly work from other locations, for example in response to a contingency at Head Office or to relieve BRS staff
  • Flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude as irregular work hours, including weekends and public holidays may be required
  • Experience in maintaining data records in an asset register
  • Knowledge of hardware and software asset management

 

 

 

Other experience that will set you ahead:

 

  • Strong technical documentation/interpretation skills and proven ability to be analytical and work creatively to solve problems along with strong communication, documentation and report writing skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
  • Degree in IT, business, finance or other relevant discipline is highly desirable.
