Do work that makes a difference

 Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems relating to the Department’s banking systems. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals while supporting compliance with related legislation, policies and standards.

Your team 

This role will see the successful candidate working with a team of business analysts, developers, test analysts and implementation analysts in a high performing team which operates in a collaborative way of working focused on achieving positive business outcomes.

Your background 

To be successful in this critical role you will possess;

  • Attained IIBA CBAP Certification, IIBA CBATL Certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Ideally knowledge of transaction banking, payments and settlements environments, in particular NPP and ISO processing
  • Demonstrated experience in workflow concepts, including documentation and design of workflows.
  • Experience with Agile development concepts.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with strong experience in business analysis ideally but not essential to have a background in banking and/or payments solutions. You will require experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
