Information Analyst

In the role of the Information Analyst, you will be part of the Bank's Information Solutions team, and charged with providing business and technical support services for a diverse portfolio of information management services and systems.

Reporting to the Manger Information Systems, you will provide business support services and technical configuration management for the Bank’s Document and Records Management System (TRIM), External Collaboration Platform (Box), SharePoint, and GovTEAMS. Your experience in these or similar systems, along with your ability to engage with stakeholders, and your aptitude for problem solving, will contribute to your day to day success and the team’s overall service delivery.

Your background

  • Providing business and technical support services for information management systems (Content Manager TRIM, Box, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc.). 
  • User on-boarding, troubleshooting and creating and maintaining documentation to improve the consistency of user experience of the systems. 
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating effectively to ensure that expectations are continually aligned. 
  • Supporting the configuration management and implementation of new versions and builds of systems and applications. 
  • Managing systems security models, including their regular maintenance and reviews. 
  • Supporting discovery processes (e.g. freedom of information requests), information disposal and system reporting activities. 
  • Experience in information management and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
