You will have proven business analysis experience within IT Infrastructure domains along with relevant certification. Work closely with other Senior Technical Business Analysts who are passionate about delivering outstanding business analysis services.

Your background

• Have knowledge and experience working in Infrastructure domains – specifically platform automation, server administration, and privileged access management.
• Plan and manage the Business Analysis approach to any project or BAU initiatives.
• Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements.
• Model current and future state processes using BPMN
• Translate complex business, strategic and technical information concisely for diverse audiences.
• Understand, document and communicate the objectives, drivers and business value proposition of a change.
• Create representative and conceptual models, prototypes, mock-ups and business and technical specifications.
• Perform solution evaluation during procurement, Proof of Concept, pilot and post implementation phases to ensure appropriate quality and fitness for purpose.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders across the Reserve Bank and externally

Your team

Within the Information Technology (IT) department, you will be part of a collaborative team of Business Analysts actively working across a diverse portfolio of technology projects, to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.
