You will have proven business analysis experience within the Data domains along with relevant Agile certification. Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Testers who are passionate about delivering outstanding project services.

Your background
- Have knowledge and experience working on data projects.
- Experience working within a scrum team.
- Plan and manage the Business Analysis approach to any project or BAU initiatives.
- Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements.
- Translate complex business, strategic and technical information concisely for diverse audiences.
- Understand, document and communicate the objectives, drivers and business value proposition of a change.
- Create representative and conceptual models, prototypes, mock-ups and business and technical specifications.
- Perform solution evaluation during procurement, Proof of Concept, pilot and post implementation phases to ensure appropriate quality and fitness for purpose.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders across the Reserve Bank and externally
Your team
Within the Information Technology (IT) department, you will be part of a collaborative team of Business Analysts actively working across a diverse portfolio of technology projects, to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.
This is a fixed term contract ending December'2025 with potential of extension.
