The Reserve Bank of Australia is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Assistant Governor – Corporate Services Group (CSG) and lead a small administrative team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide high level executive support to the Assistant Governor – CSG
- Assess and prioritise requests to facilitate the optimal use of the executive’s time
- Autonomously manage the AG’s diary and inbox, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- Gather, collate and provide background information for the executive to support informed decision making and planning
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of quality administrative and support services across CSG ensuring that business needs are met
- Manage two direct reports and oversee small administrative team of four
About You
You have a strong background in executive support to senior executives and have proven capabilities in leading a small team. You have exceptional communication skills and integrity in your work. You have business acumen to make sound judgement and quick decisions.
You’re a natural problem solver and enjoy being hands on to achieve the best outcome
You have:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to adapt to new technology quickly
- Ability to produce high quality work in a fast paced department
- Extremely organised and able to multi task and thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Proven leadership capability
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated business acumen; ability to work out the crux of a business quickly and accurately and apply skillset for maximum value add
- Ability to build trusted relationships across the Bank quickly to enable tasks to be actioned efficiently
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; a team player with a professional manner
- Affable and easy to work with
