The 2024 Graduate Development Program in Economics and Finance at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is a two - year rotational program full of training and development opportunities designed to establish and progress your career.

Our Graduates are active members of our policy teams, making significant contributions to the Bank’s understanding of important issues affecting Australia. Graduates may find themselves contributing to our quarterly economic forecasts for the domestic economy, analysing conditions in global financial markets, monitoring the domestic banking sector or even thinking about bank note demand.
Our graduates are dynamic and adaptable, strive for success, are strong communicators and collaborators, and are driven to achieve good public policy outcomes.
