Change Specialist

Opportunity to work on a high impact data transformation program; long term employment contract until end December 2025.

Opportunity for a hands-on Change Specialist to plan and implement change management strategies and activities across the Accelerated Data Consolidation Program to support the delivery of business objectives and outcomes relating to the consolidation of Bank's data on the enterprise data warehouse.

You will have worked collaboratively with project teams and across the organisation to embed, influence and lead change that impacts processes, people and systems.

Your background

To be successful in this critical role you will possess;

  • Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci or APMG Change Management Practitioner) or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Extensive knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience to coordinate and implement project-related change activities
  • Ability to plan for strategic and operational change.  
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and preferably Agile (Scrum) and traditional phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to understand and address change impacts to Business and IT Operating models and processes.
  • Experience in taking the lead on planning and running project working groups focussed on managing change impacts. 
  • Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills across all levels of stakeholders.

Your team

Reporting directly to the Business & Change Manager, you will lead and implement change efforts working closely with Scrum teams, external and internal business stakeholders, IT and Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to provide change management expertise and leadership.
